Order Fulfillment and Delivery Timelines

Understand how long it takes for your order to be produced, fulfilled, and delivered within Ivory Coast.

Each NFCHub product is custom-made on demand, ensuring quality and personalization for every customer.

• 3D printing, preparation, and quality control usually take 2–5 business days.

• You’ll receive an email when your order status changes to “Ready for Delivery.”

  
  

• Abidjan: 3–5 business days after fulfillment

• Other cities in Ivory Coast: 5–7 business days

• Custom designs may require an additional 2–5 days.

  
  

1. Once your order is ready, we hand it to our partner — Yango Delivery.

2. You’ll receive an email with delivery details and confirmation of the address you provided at checkout.

3. A Yango driver will contact you directly using your phone number to arrange delivery.

   
   

For Smart vCard customers, you can view your order status anytime from your Dashboard → Billing section.

If your delivery takes longer than 5 days after fulfillment, please contact [email protected] with your order number.
