How to Track Your Order and Contact Delivery Support

Find out how to check your order progress and reach out if you experience delivery issues.


NFCHub keeps you informed at every step of your order journey.


Tracking Your Order
  • Check your email for updates titled “Order Confirmed,” “Order Processing,” “Ready for Delivery,” and “Delivered.”

  • Log into your dashboard → BillingOrders to see your current order status.


Delivery Notification

When your product leaves our facility, you’ll receive:

  • An email confirming shipment

  • A call or WhatsApp message from your Yango driver


Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.


If You Haven’t Received Your Order

If more than 5 business days have passed since fulfillment:

  1. Check your spam folder for emails from NFCHub.

  2. Contact the Yango driver (if you have their number).

  3. If unresolved, email [email protected] — include your order ID and phone number.
