My NFC Keychain Isn’t Working — What to Do

If your NFC keychain isn’t opening your profile, follow these simple troubleshooting steps.


1. Check the Other Person’s Phone

Your keychain works when their phone reads it.

  • Ensure the phone supports NFC (iPhone 7 + or Android 2015 +).

  • For Android: Settings → Connected Devices → NFC → Turn ON.


2. Tap Correctly

Hold the top or back of their phone close to the center of your keychain for 2–3 seconds.

Avoid thick or metal phone cases that can block NFC.


3. Check Internet Connection

The NFC tap triggers a web link — the phone must have internet (mobile data or Wi-Fi) enabled.


4. Try the Backup Link

Go to your Dashboard → View My Card and share your direct link instead.

Your profile is always available online.


5. Still Not Working?

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your order ID

  • The issue description

  • (Optional) A short video or photo showing the problem


We’ll help you test and, if needed, replace the keychain under warranty.
