I Can’t Upload My Profile or Cover Photo

If your profile or cover photo takes too long to upload, here’s how to fix it.
1. Check File Size & Format
Profile Photo: max 1 MB (JPG or PNG, 500×500 px)
Cover Photo: max 5 MB (JPG or PNG, 1200×600 px)
NFCHub uses image optimization tools.
Small files upload faster. If you see slow upload, wait until progress bar completes — optimization may take a few seconds.
A slow or unstable connection can cause delays.
Use Google Chrome or Safari for best results.
