Refunds, Returns, and Warranty Policy

Understand when and how you can request a replacement or refund.


Physical Products
  • Each keychain is custom made on demand. No refunds once production begins.

  • Defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement within 5 days of delivery.

  • Warranty coverage: 3 months for manufacturing defects only.


Subscriptions
  • Digital hosting plans (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once activated.

  • You may cancel future renewals any time via contacting [email protected].


Eligibility for Replacement

Contact [email protected] within 5 days and include:

  • Order ID

  • Photos of defect/damage

  • Description of issue


Not Covered
  • Misuse or accidental damage

  • Wear and tear

  • Unauthorized modifications


NFCHub reserves the right to inspect and approve replacement requests.
