How to Set Up and Edit Your Smart vCard Profile

Your Smart vCard profile is your digital business card. Here’s how to set it up and make it look professional.

After purchasing your Smart vCard NFC Keychain, you’ll receive an email with your NFCHub login details. These credentials allow you to access your Dashboard and create your digital profile.

1. Log in:

   Go to nfchub.digital/my-account and sign in using the credentials from your email.

   
   

2. Change your password:

   For security, update it immediately under Account Settings → Change Password.

   
   

3. Access your profile:

   Navigate to Edit Profile in the dashboard menu.

   
   

4. Add your details:

   Fill in all fields:

   • Full Name

   • Job Title

   • Company Name

   • Bio or Description

   • Contact Details (phone, email, WhatsApp)

   • Social Media Links (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

   • Website and custom URLs

     
     

5. Upload visuals:

   • Profile Photo: JPG or PNG (under 1MB, recommended 500×500px)

   • Cover Photo: JPG or PNG (under 5MB, recommended 1200×600px)

     
     

6. Add files (optional):

   Upload up to 3 files (PDF, JPG, PNG) such as catalogs, resumes, or brochures.

   
   

7. Save your changes.

   Updates appear instantly on your vCard — no reprinting needed!

   
   

Editing Later:

You can edit your vCard anytime from the dashboard. All updates are live immediately when someone taps your NFC keychain.
