How to Renew, Cancel, or Reactivate Your Subscription

Easily manage your Smart vCard subscription from your dashboard.


Renewing Your Subscription


You’ll receive reminder emails:

  • 15 days before expiration

  • 7 days before expiration

  • 3 days before expiration


To renew manually:

  1. Log into your dashboard → Billing section

  2. Click Renew Now

  3. Complete payment through Paystack

  4. Your subscription is extended immediately


Grace & Hold Periods
  • Grace Period: 15 days after expiry — you can still renew with no penalty.

  • Hold Period: After grace ends, your account is put on hold for 90 days.

    • You can reactivate during this time by paying your renewal + a reactivation fee.

    • After 90 days, all data (profile, analytics, and leads) is permanently deleted.


Canceling Your SubscriptionReactivation

If your account was put on hold, contact [email protected] for assistance with reactivation.


Changing Plans

You can switch between monthly and annual plans from the Billing section.

The new plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
